It’s surprising that when I talk to folks about training and bring up the word or phrase Circuit training I always receive a similar reply. What is curcuit training? Most people have a concept but just can’t describe exactly what it is or how it works. So if someone were to ask me what is circuit training I would give them the definition that I stated earlier and then immediately go on to talk about the benefits of bodyweight workouts done in a circuit fashion. And why combining this with your normal gym routine is what will give you the muscle definition of an athlete.
