Real Estate Call Capture, Text Marketing, and QR Codes

Submitted by on Saturday August 20, 2011 No Comments

The most recent version of PleaseText.Me’s integrated real estate sign rider has been fully released. The first and only of its sort, it combines text message marketing, pre-recorded voice call capture, dedicated QR codes, and more all into a single sign rider, a single web-based control panel. Not only can it do all of these things, it takes only two or three steps to move your rider from listing to listing.

We’re seeing rapid growth in the use of real estate QR codes. This sort of makes sense if Home Depot is going to give garden care instructions via QR code. The platform handles the QR codes by doing a few key things. First, a permanent, exclusive QR code and shortened URL are assigned to your text message “keyword” or extension. So, that sign with a keyword of 110, 120, etc. would have a unique URL. When you move the sign from a sold listing to the next listing, you simply update the dashboard by telling the system which listing page on your site you want the QR code to go to. Updating the SMS message or call capture recording are similarly easy.

PleaseText.Me offers pricing and functions to meet both your budget and your real estate marketing needs. Visit the site for current prices and promos.
