Eating less means losing more – People usually eat a less amount of food so that they don’t deposit fats into their body.   Don’t do crash diets if you want to lose weight because of course by starving yourself, you will lose weight, but it’s very unhealthy.  Instead of doing that you should just not eat foods high in fat and instead, eat foods that barely have any in them. Some of these less fatty foods that will actually help your body to not absorb fat are vegetables like lettuce and cabbage and fruits like apples and oranges.

Exercise more often -  Losing weight quickly may mean you need to up your exercise so that you’re doing more then just your morning jog.   It would really help to go to the gym to use their weight machines to burn the fats and develop muscles at the same time.   But, sometimes weightlifting makes people hungrier, so you could try something like Yoga to leave you feeling fresh while also burning the fats.
