How To Build Muscle Quickly: Simple and Easy Tips You Can Use

Submitted by on Sunday March 20, 2011 No Comments

Whether you are just beginning to take up body building or have been working at it for some time, your common goal is to bulk up your muscle as quickly as possible. If you are like me, and most humans, you will want to see the results of all your efforts right away.
We as a human species are naturally impatient, and  it extends to every aspect of our lives, from work to family life and to our health. By using simple and easy tips in your everyday life, you can build muscle quickly, faster and safer.

A few of the simple and easy tricks that I use are the following:

Ask Yourself “Why”:  It is the number one thing that you need to do when building muscle. In order to boil it all down, you have to figure out just exactly why you want to build muscle.

Forget about it, if you just want to impress someone – it’s not enough! However,  if it is to improve your lifestyle, health, body and soul (mind), lose weight, feel better, tired of being weak, build confidence or just want to look better in those jean. You will be able to keep going if these are your thoughts on why you are building muscle. Keep reminding yourself of your reasons – maybe start out your day and finish off your day with a kind of personal mantra of sorts.

Workout Schedule: I personally feel creating a workout schedule for yourself or with a group of people is the second best way to build muscle quickly. How does it work?

Simply if you only go to the gym once a week it will take you a lot longer to build muscle or lose those extra pounds. While if you have a regular schedule (Monday, Wednesday, Friday), then you are working out three times harder a week.

So you will begin to see and feel the difference in your physique triply fast. It is also a good idea to clear your schedule for a particular time each workout day. This will allow you to focus on the gym and not other activities that you may feel you are giving up by going to the gym.

My personal preference is for a morning workout, which brings up my energy level to face the day. Paying Attention to What You Eat:  Certainly this would be considered the highest priority for most people, but without the other two, it’s just not enough to build muscles quickly.

You need to examine your daily food consumption — what percentages of fat, protein, carbohydrates make up your habitual menu, how many calories you eat daily, what specific kinds of foods you’re using to fuel your body.

There is one very simple way to alter your food consumption habits in a much healthier way, and that is to cut out processed food. You will almost instantly feel better, and you will find that your energy level and physical stamina have improved. It’s never too early, or late for that matter, to begin building muscle quickly and to have an amazing outcome.
