Creating Great Business Movies That Will Grab Your Audience

Submitted by on Sunday May 8, 2011 No Comments

When you first create a movie for your business, you need to put yourself in the mind of the viewing audience. In relation to business movies, people appear to lose patience with it very quickly. Needless to say, it’s not true when  there are video productions about anything about personal enhancements or what we should see as fundamental lifestyle topics. For these we appear to have all the time in the world!

Being mindful of this, you have to plan your business movies meticulously. Whether that is more of a product video production or even a corporate styled movies, you have to cover the main points in the right order.

The introduction or head

This part must grab the viewer’s attention quickly. There is certainly very little reason ingoing into the history or what you consider to be important statements about credibility, ethics and philosophies – these can come later. You should grab people first.

What you need inside this main introduction is a sharp visual effect or statement that engages the potential customer. Think of the most important question a buyer would ask you and cover that in the first 30 seconds. If your customers care more about the high quality and life time of a product then answer this first. Should they mainly would like to know if it is suited to a particular application then mention this prior to preparing any other part. Anything you do, the intro could be the most powerful part so make sure you get it right.

The primary body

The meaty part of the video talks about the reason why you can deliver the merchandise and fulfill the customer’s needs. That’s where you’ll be able to style a product or service video piece around your best selling items. You might have these featured as the main part of the product video with a voiceover or you could have them as a backdrop to an interview with the CEO or director in the company. So, after you have grabbed them with the intro, this is how you should sell the product or service or concept to them in a subtle way.

The sign off

That’s where you say goodbye and give them an incredibly positive thought. You might have introduced your business and told them why they ought to choose your business. You’ve got also told them why your product or service are so good and why your customers have used your services. Then you’re able to enter support, support, customer care and any guarantees. However, it is critical that the sign off is where you leave a long lasting impression and is not to be underestimated.

Try and leave a proactive approach statement using a catchy line (catchy, not cheesy) and put in a final little bit of information which could just tick the final box for them. If you can do this in a subtle, but positive way then you have succeeded.

Whatever you may do, always have a bit of|a little bit of|some|a certain amount of} fun and try to involve individuals with varying degrees of experience and creativity. Any production should then manage to suit a wider audience which gives you a better chance of reaching lots more people using the right message.
