Celebrity Fitness Tips
It would be a mistake to think that celebrities get their hot bodies and scultpured physiques purely on good luck and genetics. Totally not true. While it is true that some people are naturally slender and have an easy time staying thin, being thin and having an awesome body are not the same thing. The reality, however, is much different.
They work hard at it. True. It’s true. They put in the work to achieve it, and they enjoy having a nice, fit body, just like everyone else who puts in the same work. Since in many cases it is their job to stay fit (as in ac actor or athlete), many regular folks like you and me usually use that as an excuse as to why we cannot get fit. We say to ourselves, “If I got PAID to workout all the time, I would surely do it.” Really? Here’s the truth, those actors and athletes don’t get paid to exercise. They keep their jobs because they do their job. They workout to stay in shape because they want to keep working. So in fact, they are only getting paid indirectly.
Can we do the same thing as celebrities? Is seems like they are so motivated to workout, so how can we get that way too? Personal training is a huge bonus that celebrities have. But the personal training is not there just to monitor their form on each exercise. There’s more that they do. Sure, in the beginning of the personal training there might have been a strong focus on teaching the client the right moves, but pretty soon you have all the moves down pat. So what is the true value of the personal trainer? It’s the companionship. Keep reading.
Some call this accountability, because the personal trainer is there to hold you accountable to showing up to the session. And that is true to some degree. But I really believe that what the personal trainer is really doing is the equivalent of a workout partner. It’s not so much that you don’t skip a workout, as it is that the workout itself becomes more enjoyable when you have someone to share it with. This doesn’t mean that you always have to have someone workout with you in order to feel good. It just makes exercising way more fun. And therein lies the value of the personal trainer or partner. The point is that your are having fun and enjoying yourself during the workout.
So the benefit that celebrities are getting from the training assistant is the increased fun and pleasure they’re having while working out. That partner can guide them, but they are there to make the time pass by quickly by the fact that they are both having fun. So getting a personal trainer or workout partner is just one simple way to get your own celebrity-level fitness “secret”. And the added secret is that you can have all the fun working out without having to worry about the paparazzi like the celebrities do. Nice, right?
