There is something special about Vermont Teddy Bears. No matter when and where you are you can’t help, but stop to see how soft they are or to comment on how delightfully pretty they are. A Vermont Teddy Bear is a special gift for anyone for any occasion!

Historically, the teddy bear gained notoriety as a gift through a cartoon by Clifford Berryman. Apparently, his cartoon, “Drawing the Line in Mississippi” depicted then President Theodore Roosevelt while he was refusing to shoot a little bear. The cartoon actually was shown in The Washington Post in 1902. It was that cartoon that gave Morris and Rose Michom the notion to make a bear in honor of the President. They constructed the bear and named him “Teddy,” and thus the “Teddy Bear” was born.

A Vermont Teddy Bear is a special gift, and is often given from boyfriend to girlfriend. Why? Well, there is something romantic about giving a little guy to snuggle up with. By giving the gift of a Vermont Teddy Bear, you can give that special person in your life something to have that, when they think of it, will remind them of you. There is also something great about giving them something to snuggle with when you are not home.

Vermont Teddy Bears are always soft and loveable, and that makes them the perfect gift for everyone. However, what really makes them special from other generic gifts is that Vermont Teddy Bear’s are available with all kinds of different personalities. They are available in different colors and outfits, which allows you to customize them directly to your recipient . By giving the gift of a Vermont Teddy Bear, you will not only let that special someone know that you care about them, but you will create a memory for them that they will cherish forever!
